Ingredients::-

  • peri peri 1/2 tsp

  • oregano 1/2 tsp

  • chilli flakes 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • salt 1 &1/2 tsp

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 25 gram of grated cheese

  • potatoes 3

  • rice flour 2tsp

  • corn flour 2tsp


procedure::-

  • take three potatoes and peel them grate them and wash them in water and dry them so that all the starch content gets out of the potatoes.

  • now, add all the spices and the egg and give a quick mix and make a batter out of it.

  • shallow fry them in a shape of a patty and serve hot and eat.
