Ingredients::-
peri peri 1/2 tsp
oregano 1/2 tsp
chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp
salt 1 &1/2 tsp
2 whole eggs
25 gram of grated cheese
potatoes 3
rice flour 2tsp
corn flour 2tsp
procedure::-
take three potatoes and peel them grate them and wash them in water and dry them so that all the starch content gets out of the potatoes.
now, add all the spices and the egg and give a quick mix and make a batter out of it.
shallow fry them in a shape of a patty and serve hot and eat.
