Ingredients
Chicken 500gm
Yoghurt 50 gm
Kasuri methi powder 2 tbsp
Coriander 12 springs
4 green chilli
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
6 pice cashew nut
2 whole onion
Frest cream 50 gm
Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure
Take the onion and Kasuri methi green chilli and coriander and cahewnu8t and ginger garlic paste and make a fine paste
Now take the curd and hung it and strain all the water
Add the paste and curd and a mix and marinate the chicken for a minimum 2 hrs
Now heat the oil and all the chicken and cook for 5 minutes and now all the rest of all the marinade left and cook for more5 minutes and the cover and put the gas on medium-high and cover And cook for 15 minutes
Open the lid and add fresh cream and mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes
Now at the end add the charcoal and smoker the chicken and serve
