Afghani Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken 500gm

  • Yoghurt 50 gm

  • Kasuri methi powder 2 tbsp

  • Coriander 12 springs

  • 4 green chilli

  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp

  • 6 pice cashew nut

  • 2 whole onion

  • Frest cream 50 gm

  • Oil 2 tbsp

Procedure

  • Take the onion and Kasuri methi green chilli and coriander and cahewnu8t and ginger garlic paste and make a fine paste

  • Now take the curd and hung it and strain all the water

  • Add the paste and curd and a mix and marinate the chicken for a minimum 2 hrs

  • Now heat the oil and all the chicken and cook for 5 minutes and now all the rest of all the marinade left and cook for more5 minutes and the cover and put the gas on medium-high and cover And cook for 15 minutes

  • Open the lid and add fresh cream and mix it and cook it for 5 more minutes

  • Now at the end add the charcoal and smoker the chicken and serve
