Ingredients
Chicken 250 gm
Chorsha seeds 15 gm
Green chilli 6 to 7 pice
2 whole onion
Ginger and garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
Yoghurt 25 gm
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Salt and sugar (as per taste)
Mustard oil 4 tbsp
ghee 1 tbsp
2 to 3 slit green chilli
Procedure:-
first, take the 1 onion and add shorshe seeds and add green chill and ginger garlic paste and maker a fine paste.
now take the chicken and price with fork ad add salt turmeric powder and curd and the paste and mix and keep for marination for 30 minutes.
now heat the oil and add chopped onion and fry until golden add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes add the garam masala powder and slit green chilli and serve
