Amiritsari style soya chunks

ingredients::=

  1. salt

  2. roasted Kasuri methi 1tbsp

  3. 2green chilli

  4. 1tbsp gram masala powder

  5. soya 1 cup

  6. 1.gm ginger and 4 cloves garlic

  7. 2tbsp oil

  8. 1tbsp whole jeera

  9. 1/2 cup baking soda

  10. red chilli powder 1tbsp

  11. 2-3 tbsp coriander powder

  12. 2 tbsp tea leaves

  13. 1/2 Haldi powder

  14. 1tbsp amchur powder

  15. 2 tomatoes

  16. 1 onion


process::=

first, take a big pan add water and make it boil and then add 1tbsp salt then add the soya and boil it for 10 minutes. Now, put the soya a side now put oil n the and make the oil hot, now make a fine paste of the tomatoes green chilli and ginger and garlic.

put the onion when the onion changes the colour then add the paste add some salt and add salt 1tbsp and baking soda and chilli, Haldi, coriander powder and mix the basic moto to put the soda is as soda is alkaline it will react with the tomatoes and give a browning effect, not mix the mixture and till the oil starts to separate from the gravy cook the masala now add the soya and make red tea by adding 2 cup water an two tablespoon tea leaves and then add the te water in the mixture and bring it to boil add the amchur powder and garam masala and Kasturi methi and keep as much gravy you want and serve.
