chicken gravy

Ingredients::=

  1. chicken 4oo gm

  2. onion 1 whole

  3. curd 1 cup

  4. ginger and garlic paste 4 tsp

  5. turmeric powder 2tsp

  6. Sahi garam masala

  7. jeera powder1tsp

  8. coriander powder 1tsp

  9. salt as per taste

  10. oil 3tbsp


procedure::=

we will put ginger-garlic and onion and 2 green chillies and put some garam masala and haldi and 1/2cup curd. and marinate the chicken and keep aside.

make a masala paste take all dry masala in a bowl and add little water and make it a thick paste.

first, put oil in a pan and now add the whole garam masala 2cloves 2 cardamoms, cinnamon now dd the onion and stir it when opinion starts to take its colour add the masala paste and cook it and add the chicken and cook properly and slowly add water and stir and cover and keep it for 10 minutes and open the lid and dry the excess water, repeat this process of adding water and drying It for 2 more times and at the end add amchur powder and check seasoning and serve it.
