CHICKEN SHAWARMA ROLL

Ingredients

For pita bread

500 gm all-purpose flour

1tbsp yeast

100 ml of water

1 tsp sugar

Oil 2 tsp

For chicken marinating

500 gm of boneless chicken strips

2 tbsp plain yoghurt

1 tbsp jeera powder

1 tbsp turmeric powder

1tbsp salt

1 tbsp red chilli powder

2tbsp coriander powder

2tbsp tandoori masala

Charcoal for smoking



Procedure

· First take a bowl and activate the yeast by adding lukewarm water and add yeast and sugar and keep it for 15 minutes to ferment

· Now, take the yeast and add in the dough and make a soft dough and keep for 2 hours and apply oil so the dough don’t dry.

· Take 500 gm of boneless chicken and add the spices and ass salt as per taste and keep for marination for 2 hours.

· Now make an 8-inch diameter round shape bread and prick whole in the bread with the help of a fork and just pan toast until you get some golden spot or just the dough is cook.

· Now, add oil in the pan and fry the chicken until get the chicken is cook and gives you a tandoori colour

· Now just take charcoal and just give smoke to the fried chicken to get that smoky flavour.

· Now take the bread and apply mayonnaise and add some vegetables as per your preference and add chicken and wrap and enjoy your SHAWARMA
