Egg malai curry

Ingredients::=

  • 4 boil egg

  • Cumin powder 1 tsp

  • Black pepper powder ½ tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1 tsp

  • 2 medium onion

  • 2 green chilli

  • Roasted Kasuri mathi1/2 tsp

  • 200 ml of milk

  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp


Procedure ::=

  • First make a fine paste of onion and chilli now, add 3tsp oil in a pan and heat it.

  • Add the onion and chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes and add salt and ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 15 minutes in low flame.

  • Now, introduce milk and keep stirring for 2 minutes on high heat add the dry masala and cook for 2 minutes.

  • Now, add Kasuri methi and put in the egg and cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
