Ingredients::=
4 boil egg
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder ½ tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
2 medium onion
2 green chilli
Roasted Kasuri mathi1/2 tsp
200 ml of milk
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Procedure ::=
First make a fine paste of onion and chilli now, add 3tsp oil in a pan and heat it.
Add the onion and chilli paste and cook for 2 minutes and add salt and ginger and garlic paste and cook it for 15 minutes in low flame.
Now, introduce milk and keep stirring for 2 minutes on high heat add the dry masala and cook for 2 minutes.
Now, add Kasuri methi and put in the egg and cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes and serve.
