ingredients::=
500 gm fish
1 whole onion chop
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 whole tomato puree
half eggplant (bagan)
1tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera powder
salt as per taste
1/2 red chilli powder
1/2 tsp black cumin(kalo jeera)
2 bay leaf
mustard oil (as per directed)
process::=
first, we will marinate the fish and the brinjal add 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder and mix it and keep it aside for 15 minutes, now take 1/3 of a cup mustard oil and first fry the fish until the colour of the skin is golden in colour in that oil fry the brinjal and keep it aside.
now, in that oil put the black jeera and bay leaf and then add the onion and tomatoes and little salt. stir it well and cook the paste ad the dry powder masala and add little water and cook the paste for 5 minutes in low flame add the brinjal and fish and check salt and spiciness and then serve it.
