Mango pickle

Ingredients::=

  • Mustard oil 500gm

  • 1tsp mustard seeds

  • Raw mango 2kg

  • Ginger and garlic paste 100 gm

  • Turmeric & red chilli powder 100gm

  • Salt 200gm

  • Mustard seeds powder 200gm

  • Chana dal 4tbsp

  • Dry Red chilli 4 pic

  • Mustard oil 500gm



Procedure::=

Heat mustard oil add red chilli and whole mustard seeds.

Now, add chana dal and ginger and garlic paste and add turmeric powder. Mix and put aside for 2 hrs.

Add marinated Mango with turmeric powder and salt now add the mango with the oil and add the rest of the powder masala and give it a good mix and preserve it in a jar and keep it for 15 days and remove and you can have it.
