Momo is a type of East and South Asian steamed filled dumpling, popular across the Indian subcontinent and the Himalayan regions of East-South Asia border. Momos are native to the Southwest Chinese region of Tibet, Bhutan, Nepal, North Indian region of Ladakh, momo are made in this side as for celebration dish In the northern side states mentioned

Ingredients::=

  • All-purpose flour 2 cup

  • Cabbage 1/4th portion

  • Onion 1 whole

  • Carrot 1 whole

  • Ginger 1inch

  • Oil

  • Salt and pepper


procedure::=

The rose shape momos are very famous nowadays so gave it a try. I used food colour you can use beetroot juice for making the dough season the dough with salt and use the chill water to bind the dough. the filling is very easy, grate the vegetables add salt and pepper grate the ginger and keep for 10 minutes and remove the excess water from the filling.

now shape the momos and set for steam, if you don't have a steamer you can use the stainer which has big whole the purpose is to raise the steam and cook the memos. put water in a Kadai and put the strainer on top and cover oil the strainer and put your momos and cover it for 10 minutes and then it's ready to serve.
