today we will learn how to make pizza at home. basically, The history of pizza begins in antiquity, when various ancient cultures produced basic flatbreads with several toppings.

A precursor of pizza was probably the focaccia, a flatbread known to the Romans as panis focacius, to which toppings were then added. Modern pizza evolved from similar flatbread dishes in Naples, Italy, in the 18th or early 19th century.

The word pizza was first documented in A.D. 997 in Gaeta and successively in different parts of Central and Southern Italy. Pizza was mainly eaten in Italy and by emigrants from there. This changed after World War II when Allied troops stationed in Italy came to enjoy pizza along with other Italian foods. ingredients to make this simple recipe are::=

  1. maida(flour)

  2. yeast

  3. pizza sauce

  4. onion, capsicum(bell paper), toppings of your desire

  5. cheese (as much as u want)

procedure::=

for 2 cups of flour near about 200gm you need 1tbsp yeast, now for the yeast, you need to put loop warm water add yeast and sugar and keep it for 15 minutes until it starts to be foamy the add the year water and oil and kneed the dough the until the dough is wrinkle-free and keep it for 2 hours for rest and you will see the dough has gained the side double keep the dough in a warm place now make your crust prick some whole with your fork add sauce and toppings bake it and serve it and enjoy. if you want to make the sauce at your home you need tomato puree and strain it put in the pan bring it to boil add oregano chilli flakes and garlic crushed and oil and keep on reducing until you get the past to the last stage of reduction.

For oven baking time and temperature 220 degrees Celcius for 20 minutes for the pan you have to make the pan hot simmer it brush oil and put the pizza and keep it for 10 minutes cover, in low flame.
