semolina cake/ suji ka cake

Semolina is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat mainly used in making upma, pasta, and couscous. The word semolina can also refer to a sweet dessert made from semolina and milk. The term semolina is also used to designate coarse middlings from other varieties of wheat, and from other grains, such as rice and maize

Ingredients::=

  1. 200gm semolina(suji)

  2. 1cup flour(maids)

  3. baking soda and baking powder

  4. 2 cup milk

  5. dry fruits for garnish

  6. lime juice 2tbsp

  7. 1/2 cup oil

  8. 1cup sugar

  9. vanilla essence or any other flavouring (option

process of making::=

put 200 gm of semolina and grind it and make a fine powder then if u have powdered sugar ok if not, then grind 1 cup of sugar and make a power. Now, add the semolina powder and add 1 cup of milk and mix it well and keep it for 30 minutes.

Now, put the flour in a strainer and put your baking soda and baking powder and strain it.

now put oil in the semolina batter and mix it until the oil is mix with the batter add 1 cup of milk and lime juice in ti and add your sugar and flour and give the batter a freak mix. Now the baking time there are two processes on over and gas and another one is oven now for oven 160 degrees celsius for 40 minutes and in gas put a non-stick pan and grace it put a butter paper and put it on low for 30 minutes but the lid should be airtight no air should pass I made it in the oven you try it.
